CD43

CD43 is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on both thymocytes and T cells, with an expression rate of 70.90% in T cell lymphomas and 22-37% in B cell lymphomas. This antibody is a useful marker for differentiating T-cell lymphoma from some low-grade B-cell lymphomas.
