D2-40

D2-40 is a 40KDa glycoprotein expressed on the surface of spermatogenic cells, germ cell tumors, lymphatic endothelial cells and testicular mesothelial cells. D2-40 reacts with lymphatic endothelium and can be used to mark the lymphatic endothelium in tumor tissues, a helpful feature in lymphatic vessel invasion and metastasis determination.
