Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a powerful diagnostic tool for the visualization of various pathological conditions in tissues and cells. Within the last decades, IHC staining has developed into a gold standard in diagnostic pathology. The basic principle of the IHC staining procedure involves the use of extremely specific probes in the form of antibodies to selectively detect the protein markers for specific diseases. The staining process was perfected during recent years by using automated Stainers to increase the effectivity and to eliminate errors.
Fully Automatic IHC Stainer LC-AS20
The LC-AS20 is a second-generation, benchtop, compact-size fully automatic IHC stainer with a staining capacity of up to 20 slides at once. Each of the staining positions is controlled independently with the highest possible precision. Dewaxing, antigen retrieving, and DAB mixing steps are performed as a part of the routine staining procedure and don’t require additional devices. Manual addition of primary antibodies is possible. Stainer’s software allows customization.
Fully Automatic IHC Stainer LC-AS88
The LC-AS88 is fully automated, large capacity benchtop IHC stainer with significantly increased number of stained slides par run. The stainer is suitable for clinical, IVD testing or research project requiring larger volumes of stained tissues. Dewaxing, antigen retrieving, and DAB mixing steps are performed as a part of the routine staining procedure and don’t require additional devices. Stainer’s software is tailored to highest possible level of efficiency of the staining process.
IHC Antibodies, Reagents and Consumables
More than 240 primary antibodies, monoclonal, polyclonal and recombinant are available for IHC staining procedures. Primary antibodies originate in mice or rabbits and they come in concentrated or ready to use (RTU) formats. Company’s portfolio contains also secondary antibodies, detection kit, antigen retrieving solutions, DAB, buffers and consumables such as slides, PAP pens, bottles and labels.
