CD21

CD21 is a membrane protein on B lymphocytes and is absent on T lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes. This antibody can be used to distinguish follicular dendritic cell matrix in normal lymph nodes and tonsils, follicular lymphoma and follicular marginal zone lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma, lymphocyte-rich Hodgkin's lymphoma, etc. It can also be used to label follicular dendritic cell sarcoma.
