CD34 is a 90-120 kda single-chain, transmembraneous, heavily glycosylated protein. The antibody can be used to identify multipotent hematopoietic stem cells or progenitor cells, as well as to label acute myeloid leukemia, identify soft tissue tumors such as solitary fibrous tumors and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Can be used in the determination of angiosarcomas.
