MyoD1

MyoD1, a tropomyosin-binding protein, is a marker of rhabdomyosarcoma and is mainly used for the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma. A few non-muscular tissues including glandular epithelium, neuroblastoma, Ewing's sarcoma, alveolar soft tissue sarcoma and rhabdomyosarcoma showed cytoplasmic staining.
