Calponin

Calponin is an actin filament-associated regulatory protein that interacts with actin, tropomyosin and calmodulin and participates in the smooth muscle contraction machinery. This antibody can be used as an important marker for the differential diagnosis of benign breast sclerosing lesions and invasive breast cancer.
