Catenin (beta)

Catenin (beta) is a protein with a molecular weight of about 92kDa. Its dysregulation of beta-catenin occurs in synovial sarcoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma, carcinosarcoma, osteosarcoma, liposarcoma, and malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Antibody is mainly used for the differential diagnosis of primary ovarian endometrioid carcinoma/ovarian mucinous carcinoma and metastatic colorectal cancer. It can also be used for the differential diagnosis of mesenchymal tumors.
