CD10

CD10 is a common, acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen, able to cleave and inactivate a variety of peptide growth factors that play an important role in signal transduction. It plays a direct role in cell growth and apoptosis, and is closely related to the proliferation of tumor cells.
