CD5 is a cluster differentiation antigen located on T lymphocytes and some B lymphocytes. This antibody is a pan-T-cell marker that reacts with a range of neoplastic B cells and helps to distinguish mature T-cell tumors from well-differentiated small lymphoid cell malignancies.
