COX-2

COX-2 cyclooxygenase is a key enzyme in the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin. It is expressed to varying degrees in rectal cancer, lung cancer, esophageal cancer, prostate cancer, breast and ovarian cancers. It is also abundant in tumorogenesis.
