MUC-2, a member of the mucin family, associated predominantly with digestive tract tumors. It is widely distributed in normal intestinal tract and colon cancer, gastric cancer and other tumors, especially in the goblet cells of the small intestine and colon. Antibody could be benefitial in the determination of gastrointestinal tumors and ovarian tumors.
