p504s/AMACR

p504s/AMACR is expressed in prostate adenocarcinoma, but not in benign prostate tissues. P504s/AMACR is also expressed in precancerous lesions of the prostate, such as high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and atypical adenoid hyperplasia. At present, p504S is considered to be the reference basis for prostate cancer. In addition, p504S is also positively expressed in: hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, pancreatic islet tumors, and others. The combination of p504s with 34βE12 and p63 is helpful for prostate cancer evaluation.
