Cyclin D1

Cyclin D1 belongs to the cyclin D family and is one of the important cell cycle regulators. It is overexpressed in a variety of human tumors, including breast cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, prostate cancer and lymphoma, and can also be used to distinguish small cell division lymphoma from mantle cell lymphoma.
