Prostate Specific Acid Phosphatase (PSAP)

PSAP is a 52kDa prostatic acid phosphatase expressed in normal prostate tissue, hyperplastic prostate tissue and prostate cancer. It is mainly used in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and metastatic prostate cancer, but can not be used as a differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.
